SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We understand that scheduling conflicts sometimes come up, and when that happens we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice could result in a charge of 50% of the service amount at the discretion of the individual stylist. 

NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the original service booked. 

CHILD SAFETY POLICY:
As busy Mom's ourselves, we understand how challenging it is to find "me time" for yourself. We at dye Salon strive to create an environment of relaxation and renewal for all of our clients. In order to provide a professional, peaceful, and calm experience for all we serve, we are implementing a no child policy at the Salon.

We ask every client to come to the salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. Please make your appointment separate from your child’s appointment. During their appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the stylist can perform a quality service. We understand things come up at the last minute with child care and we encourage you to reschedule your appointment when that happens.

Out of safety for all, children under the age of fifteen who visit the salon and are left unattended can be a serious safety and liability issue. Thank you in advance to adhering to our policies and we look forward to your next appointment!
